My place is close to San Jose airport (10 mins by car) & Santa Clara University. 10 mins walk to Santa Clara Caltrain Station. Highways 101 & 880 are close by giving easy access to South Bay & East Bay or SF *Less than 10 mins to Santana Row, Valley Fair Mall *Great views & restaurants . Close by to Google, Apple, Cisco, and other high tech employers. You’ll love my place because of the kitchen, the coziness, the high ceilings, and the location. My place is good for singles, couples & business travelers.
I work in technology and have a standard 8-5 job. You will have your own private room with a walk-in closet, ample sunshine through windows, and HUGE private bath. You will have access to kitchen and living room. Only light cooking is allowed.

House Rules
* Absolutely No Smokers. No smoking on the property. * Check-in is available between 5:00 pm and 11:30 pm, unless alternate check-in time is agreed upon prior to booking. Please choose a 30-minute window in which you will arrive (for example, between 6:30pm-7:00PM). * Quiet after 10pm.This includes TV, music, phone call volume, etc. You don't have to turn it off, just keep the volume low. * Use coasters under drinks on dining table * Please take shoes off on entrance. Slippers will be provided for in-house use. * Checkout is 11:00 AM unless prior arrangements have been made. KITCHEN USE: * Kitchen use is limited to preparing breakfast (coffee/tea, toast, fruit, instant oatmeal), simple food prep (sandwiches, etc.) and use of the microwave and toaster oven. * Limited use of the stove, oven, pots, pans, etc. may be allowed with prior agreement . I DONOT PROVIDE BREAKFAST. ACCESS: * Common areas you may access include your bedroom, the bathroom, living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room and patio * Off limits are the Host’s bedroom and bathroom

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
