Just me, my wife, my daughter, in our comfortable 2 story 4 bedroom House in upscale Santa Clarita, CA. My wife has Italian and Spanish background . We are easy going and enjoy people from various cultures. Have a beautiful 2nd Floor cozy bedroom for you with your own bathroom down the hall. Plenty of Street Parking. We will make sure you have a wonderful vacation or business trip. We are 10 minutes from Magic Mountain Theme Park, 30 minutes from Universal Studios and Hollywood, 90 minutes from Disneyland. Also 30 minutes to San Fernando Valley and Pasadena. We can recommend the best restaurants in the local area for all budgets.
Please Note: If your homestay is more than 30 days, anytime before your arrival we require payment in full through PayPal. For homestays less than 30 days, we will also accept cash at the time of arrival. Cancellation Policy: We ask our guests to give us at least 7 days notice for any cancellation. We look forward to meeting you!

Our house is located on the north side of the City of Santa Clarita in a quiet and safe suburb. We are 45 minutes from Los Angeles Airport, 5 minutes driving time to Valencia Shopping Centre, and 10 minutes driving time to Magic Mountain Amusement Park.

My family's experience with Nenita was the best. She stayed with us shortly after the devastating Maui fires. While she was with us, Nenita took some educational classes a few miles from our house. I can not say enough good things about Nenita. So I will list a few. She is pleasant, passionate, clean and friendly. She is very spiritual, so my daughter and her bonded famously. I would recommend Nenita to any future Homestay Host.

Riccardo from Belgium was like a breath of fresh air and myself and my family enjoyed his company. Also enjoyed his French accent. His personality was friendly and engaging. Like many tourists, Riccardo took full advantage of the wonderful attractions in our area including nearby Hollywood, Santa Monica and Venice Beach, and amusement parks like Magic Mountain and Universal Studios. I would recommend Riccardo to any future Homestay Hosts.

It was a really lovely stay. All family members were friendly and helpfull and alan gave some good tips where to go and what to do.
We could also choose what we want for breakfast and we were allowed to use the kitchen and laundry.

This is an excellent place to stay! Alan and Freda were very welcoming and gave great recommendations about places to eat and things to do in Santa Clarita. Their house was clean, well kept, and the beds in their guest rooms are extremely comfy. The neighborhood they live in is quiet, and there is ample street parking. They live very close to multiple grocery stores and restaurants. Their house is perfect for extended stays, since you can use their kitchen to cook so you don't have to eat out all the time, and they let you use their their laundry machines. Regardless of how long you're in Santa Clarita for, this is a great place to stay, and I would recommend it to all.

Freda and Alan were the most gracious hosts to us. I am completely committed to name them as "Superhosts". My wife Dipika and I stayed in this most beautiful and comfortable homestay for more than 2 weeks before, during and after our son's graduation at CalArts, often returning at the most awkward hours, never for a moment did we feel out of place or away from home. We were allowed to use the kitchen like our own using all their pots and pans and even their oils and spice! The neighbourhood was most pretty, quiet and all along felt extremely safe. Freda and Alan had the most important and helpful tips for us regarding stores to do our shopping from and places to visit and enjoy in and around Santa Clarita. We have tasted the most lovely coffee at their house, the supply of which overwhelmed us. Overall we would never have expected better!

I stayed at Alan's place for 5 days and it was wonderful. It is a peaceful home, clean, smoke-free, pet-free, and quiet. I slept better than I have in years in the Sleep Number Bed in my guest room. The room and private bathroom was in excellent condition, smelled great with clean linens and everything that you would need to be comfortable for any amount of time. Alan is a very pleasant host with great conversation and a warm and friendly demeanor. I would recommend him as a host to anyone looking for a place to stay in this area.

Alan was an incredible and hand's on host. His daughter greeted us and when we ran into him, it was always a pleasure. He was such a thoughtful host and in our room was detailed printed information about the area, restaurants and more. He even asked what we would like for our light breakfast and bought it for us. Perfect host!
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
