Large family home just south of Seattle . Very close to the international airport.
Large family home with 5 bedrooms and a single dad located in Renton WA. Large family areas and an extra large private space. Very well decorated with an ethnic charm. Located on a green belt park so very quiet and private while still very close to the city and shopping. Bus service is a 5 minute walk and there are mountain bikes for use. Large gourmet kitchen with casual dining and also a dining room with a peaceful garden view.

About the Area
My home is located in south Renton. I'm on the north boundary with the city Kent. About 25 minutes from city center of Seattle. Also about 15 minutes from SEATAC International. City bus service connection is a 5 minute walk from the front door. Several international and local restaurants are very close. There is a city public library about 20 minutes away. The home is tech savvy with DSL cable and WIFI. Flat screen theater systems in 3 home areas. Very quiet and safe area with many homes with children of school age. There is a high school track about 10 minute walk for the sports minded and a fitness gym about 10 minutes away.

House is very secure with a security system. We try to not not intrude with our neighbors with unusually loud behavior or music. Everyone cleans up after themselves. Friends will be allowed with prior approval. This is your home away from your home so what is allowed in your family home more than likely is allowed here.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
