we live in the city and near a park/ and notre dame university . we have theaters . movies and a mall. our living room and kitchen is a open area and we also have a grill we have 2 spare bedrooms which have a bed built in dressers closet and dresser and each have a bed and a desk home made desk. new carpet. one bathroom.. .. robert likes soccer. woodcarving and learn about history. jennifer will be a home stay mom now and takes care of the house . likes to watch movies . walks. we have one daughter she is home when she can lives in vincennes and works there and goes to the university. we hope u will like your stay here with us .
We Require 50% of the balance due to us prior to arrival ( via paypal , details giving after booking is made )

we are christians and go to church each sunday unless sick. but home rest of week. jennifer wife is home stay now . tiffany daughter is in college and home when she can on holidays. we have a small senior male inside dog

Our house is located on the north side of south bend indiana . In a rural area about 10 minutes from downtown. close to a park and 5 minutes drive to notre dame university. we have a mall and movie theaters. resturants. plays. also is Bethel college and indiana university of south bend. we are 3 hrs from indianapolis state capital. and 10 minutes from south bend airport.

House Rules
Please keep our home secure and lock the front door and back door when entering and leaving the home. keep your room picked up and clean and clothes put away and clean your dishes after you use them when u use the kitchen feel free to. keep noise down a minimum after 930 pm.. Do not invite strangers into our home if you would like to invite a friend over just agree it that means call us before letting anyone come home with you to our home. please enjoy your stay and treat or home as u would your own home with respect.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
