This is a cozy modern-industrial styled home in an urban setting. The home is divided between the guest space and my personal space by the kitchen. The guest space has two bedrooms (one with a queen tempurpedic mattress and one with a full size bed), Living/Dining area with a tv, bookshelves and a game chest to enjoy. The kitchen is the only area that I will be sharing with guests during their stay.
The front parking space is reserved for my personal car. There is ample room for curbside-street parking around my home that guests may use.

About the Area

We are located in an suburban area but still have plenty of urban energy around us. Downtown Tampa is a short 5-10 minute drive as well as the local theme parks. The Seminole Heights area is abounding with eateries and shopping areas as well.

House Rules

Rules Regarding The Kitchen:
- Guests staying for less than a week will have limited access to kitchen, which includes, use of the microwave, toaster oven and coffee maker. The cabinet to the left of the sink has plates, bowls and cups for guests. silverware in the drawer near the sink. You may use the kitchen for light food preparation and the fridges top shelf for storage as well as inside the blue pantry (bottom shelf) near the dining table. Be mindful of the amount of food/groceries you bring since there is limited space for storage.
- Guests staying for more than a week may have further access to cook meals in the oven or on stovetop and use the cookware.
*I enjoy using the kitchen as well. I use it regularly in the mornings and evenings. I will try to send a notification two hours before I'm planning on cooking a meal to give you time to use the kitchen if you'd like to. Please be sure to keep it tidy and clean so I don't have to clean up after you before I prepare a meal. No cookware may go into the dishwasher and must be washed by hand right away. The towel hanging below sink is used solely for drying clean dishes and is changed out regularly.

Street Parking:
The front driveway is my personal parking space and is directly in front of my private entrance. Please do not park there. There is a wide street with ample curbside street parking around my house for guests to use.

Bedroom Rules:
- No food or drink inside the rooms. Help keep my house free from pests by not eating in the rooms and leaving food scraps behind. Use the provided trash cans for all trash.
- Be respectful of bedding and linens. Makeup/foundation, face medications/creams, and tanning products will stain and/or bleach linens/bedding. Please avoid using regular hand/bath towels with all skin products. Guests are not to wash laundry belonging to the home in order to hide stains. Housekeeping will wash all laundry. Un-salvageable linens/bath towels will be charged to the guest. Leave used linens/bedding in the hamper provided

Laundry:
- Laundry facilities are available for long-term guests only

Living/Dining Rules:
- While there may be other guests staying in or arriving to the second private room, please keep your personal belongings stored inside your bedroom.
- Do not engage in illegal activity anywhere on the premises.
- No Parties may be thrown in the home.
- Quiet time will 10:30pm - 7am
- Turn lights and fans off when you leave a room.
- Help keep the home secure and keep the front door locked at all times.
- Place recyclables into recycle bin in the corner of the dining room. Please let me know if it starts to get full so I can be sure to empty it.
- Due to the nature of an old home, keep the thermostat in the range of 71 - 75 degrees.
- No sleeping/napping on the living room furniture please.

How do I book?

Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.

When do I pay?

Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.

When can I share my contact details?

Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
