Our home is comfortable and spacious and consists of myself and my mother, who is pictured with me in my profile. We are located in Vallejo about a 40 minute drive from San Francisco. We are close to water and San Francisco ferry landing. Your room is quite large with large queen size bed, dresser, clothes rack, desk, refrigerator, and private half bathroom. The shower is be shared. You will have kitchen and living room access as well. We do have a small friendly dog. Her name is Cocoa. We have a lot of experience living abroad and will make sure your stay with us is comfortable.

About the Area
Our home is located in a friendly neighborhood about 30 miles from San Francisco. We are also close to the water near the San Francisco ferry landing. We central to all the North Bay has to offer including national parks and a thriving night life.

House Rules
You may come and go any time day or night. However, we ask that you keep the noise to a minimum between 9pm and 6am. The kitchen is yours to use but must be kept clean. You will have your own half bathroom, but the shower is shared. Please be respectful and keep this area clean as well. Housekeeping will be provided twice a month. Please remember this schedule so housekeeper can access your room. You will have full access to the courtyard.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
