Almost a hundreds years old Spanish Style with Arched ceilings. 5 minute bike ride (bikes included) to the beach. Enclosed yard with all the amenities to moved in for the weekend or a few weeks. SAFE neighborhood. You will not be disturbed by noise and worry about walking around at night yet still close to the beach. Venice unique Spanish bungalow will take you back in time. Stay in Venice living the Venice boogie boards, full kitchen with basic cooking supplies, ou will also have your own private bathroomt.. I will have maps, directions to stores at your fingertips. I can also direct you to local events.

About the Area
Venice near the beach can get a little hairy (especially at night), noisy and parking is near impossible. Our bungalow is in a quiet neighborhood 8 blocks from the beach.. Your own private bedroom and bathroom.
The location is 8 minutes to the beach by bike,. 3 minutes by bus and 3 by car (although parking is very expensive). Bikes, boogie boards, yard for BBQing and an occassional SUP run to mothers beach are provided for you so that you can experience the Venice local lifestyle. The yard in enclosed and private. All amenities are offered to cook your own meals and have this as a place to call home

Meals
Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

House Rules
Minimum stay 3 nights. Please use common respect for the house and surroundings. Keep the noise down weekdays after 9 pm and weekends after 11 pm. If you need anything or have questions txt me for a quick response. We tend to go to bed early during the week and late on the weekends

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
