House Rules
1.) Automated occupancy tax collection cannot be set up due to the jurisdiction of this location. In order to abide by Honolulu’s tax code, occupancy tax needs to be collected by guest. Please add 14.75% tax to the total nights stay and cleaning fee and will be requested by host to collect during a confirmed booking.
2.) Gates will be open at 5:00 AM and locked at 11:00 PM. If you know you will be arriving late please let us know so we can leave it open for you.
3.) A $250 fee will be charged if any of the remotes are lost and if the furniture is damaged.
4.) No parties allowed!
5.) Smoking is only allowed in the designated smoking area near the BBQ grill. If smoke is detected inside of the property, a $150 smoking fee will be charged.
6.) If you decide to park in the gate please make sure you close it.

We were visiting family in the area and the location was perfect to fit our needs. We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the space and it had everything that we could possibly need or want. Parking was in a fenced in area on the property that you had a key to access.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
