I LOVE hosting and offer my stylish guest bedroom with a private ensuite bathroom in our beautiful 2BR/2Baths apartment in Washington, DC.
We are located in the nice NoMa neighborhood, 5 to 10 mn walk from the Noma-Gallaudet Metro station.
In addition to your room and your private ensuite bathroom, you can also use the kitchen to cook light meals and can store your light groceries in the fridge.
Your room is cleaned by our AMAZING cleaning lady before you arrive and after your departure so you can be sure of pristine cleanliness of your linens, towels and room.
Lastly, the 2 bedrooms are located at complete opposite ends of the apt for your privacy as well as mine.

We do not have incredible rules, just common sense and respect for us and our neighbors as well as no outside shoes on the carpets and rugs and while inside the apt.
Also for payment, we ask that you pay via PayPal.com as soon as you arrive in your room.

It was a real pleasure to stay in this comfortable and neat house.Our room was very cosy and clean.This apartament is a really luxury place to stay in. But the most important about our staying is a friendly and a kind owner.Her hospitality and willingness to help will make your visit to Washington DC.We definitely recommend this accomodation.

The location is in a very diverse area, and only a few short blocks from the Metro station. The neighborhood is welcoming with a variety of close dining options on First Street. Youma is the perfect host - friendly, attentive and assures that her guests are comfortable for their stay. It is evident that Youma pours passion into being a premier Homestay Host, even down to the warm, stylish and inviting decor of her home. If you are in the area for business, and desire to stay in a cozy as well as peaceful atmosphere (or traveling and prefer quiet surroundings after a night of partying on the town) - you will certainly enjoy your stay at this location.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
