Our family lives in a single-family home in a quiet community development in the Woodbridge section of the northeast corridor of DC. We have young adult children. Our daughter lives in Miami, FL our son is local student who lives at home (basement). We are 20 minute from Red Line metro and a few steps for buses to Brookland and Ft. Totten Stations. We are close to newly developed Rhode Island Row that consist of Restaurants and shops, we are close to Home Depot, Giant Food and CVS Pharmacy. We are minute from Union Station, Chinatown and downtown DC. We are close to Trinity and Catholic Universities and we have rental bike rack throughout the neighborhood.
We have 3 bedroom and 2 full baths and 2 half baths. Wi-Fi and cable. We have an attached deck accessed through our kitchen with grill where you can relax during the spring and summer. We live in a semi-cauldersac with off-stree parking and friendly neighbors.
Our house is 13 years old and has a brick frame and one-car garage. We enjoy relaxing at home on the weekends, occasional movies, bowling, and hanging out around town, i.e. restaurants and museums.

We are in a community development in Northeast near Montana Avenue, you enter the
u-shaped driveway and we are the center house in the middle of the development with a baseketball hoop in the driveway

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
