Loft in one of the BEST neighborhoods in Brooklyn-- Williamsburg! Stay in a sun-filled room and experience living with a family. (2 kids, mom, dad and our dog) We are steps away from Domino Park. Safe, centrally located near all the restaurants, movies, music venues, etc. Right by the water with beautiful skyline views of Manhattan (and only one subway stop away!). We are native New Yorkers who can help you learn your way around. We are very active in the arts and love seeing live performances of dance and music. Our newly renovated loft with a gourmet kitchen, beautiful bathroom and open plan light-filled living is a warm cozy place to stay while visiting our amazing city!

About the Area
Our loft is one stop from Manhattan by subway in central Williamsburg. (L, J,M) Ferries, buses and citibikes available too. There are many shops, movies, music venues right outside our door. Nearby is a waterfront park, some of the best restaurants in Brooklyn, and an awesome neighborhood in so many ways. The area is very safe and friendly, with lots to do.

Enjoy our home but please no guests, no parties. Keep it clean and safe!
Check in after 3:00pm and check-out at 11:00am. We ask our guests to give us 25% payment at time of booking and at least 7 days’ notice for any cancellation. Any cancellation later than this deposit will not be refunded.
Smoking is not allowed.

Lulu and her family are warm and welcoming! Great location to stay while your visit in NYC. Williamsburg is a cool location to be and great connected to Mannhattan. Room with enough space and clean! Can recommend this place!

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 199 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
