My hous e has 6rooms with private bathroom as well as shared bathroom.All of rooms are new ,clean ,quite with full of sunshine providing with well equipment as air conditioned, hot water,cable TV,kitchen ,comfortable sofa-chair and free wifi access.Offering iron, washing machine and powder washing for your laundring if you are doing it by yourself.
Do not worry about shared bathroom because It is worked hard to keep them clean.
The neighborhood is very well serviced, there are a lot of shops, caffes, restaurants ,markets you can take .
My house is Located in Danang city in central in Vietnam nearing MyKhe beach take 15 minutes by walking is one of the most beautiful beach of Danang .Driving 9km south of on the famous beachfront boulevard is Marble mountain, continuing to move 16km is Hoi an ancient. Further ,It take 8km from my house to Sontra peninsula is considered the old eco-jungle where can be seen from every place of the city .
At my house you may have opportunity to join a small meal and special local foods with my family.
Welcome all of travelers in all the word ,foreigner is working in Danang .We do not provide you with a sevice similar as a hotel but ,However ,we guarantee a high standard of accommodation with friendly host.

About the Area
Our house is nearly located world famous Mykhe beach ,driving 7 minutes to there which the tourist routing linking the world's culture heritage : My son holy ,hoi an ancient ,son tra penisula ,hue.It take 45 minutes to HoiAn by bike or taxi ,20 minutes to visit son tra penisula is regconized old eco-jungle in the young city.The centre of city within 10 minutes by motobike. Han river and cham museum take 15 minutes away.There are a variety of western's restaurant ,vietnam food street,bar ,coffee ,shopping,spa .. around the property.Futher more the bus stop is only 10 minutes walk from the house and there are lots of bus option using this stop.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
