Although nearing the noise and bustle of the Old Quarter, our room still brings to you the quiet and gentle space of the typical contemporary tube house that is designed in VietNam traditional style, combinating with modern style. There are verdures inside the room and outside the balcony with the big green window and also the romantic leafy street Phan Dinh Phung nearby, it makes you feel comfortable and calm when sitting down on a relaxing rattan chair, enjoying a cup of tea.

About the Area

Our homestay is located in the center of Hanoi, right next to the Old Quarter, where you can take only 15 minutes maximum to access to almost every famous sites.. + About 30-50 minutes taxi from Noi Bai airport to our room. (depending on the traffic) + Just 3 minutes walk to the Old Quarter. Especially, 1 mins walk, from the new year 2018, to the Phung Hung art walking street to look at murals on the vaults of the viaduct, part of the historic Long Bien bridge. + 8 minutes taxi to Sword lake and West lake. + 10 minutes taxi to tourist spots: Temple of Literature, Uncle Ho‘s Mausoleum, Thang Long Citadel, Water Puppet Theater, Pedestrian streets, etc.

In order to ensure a wonderful guest experience, please read the following house rules.
1. Turn off all lights and electronics after use and before you leave the house
2. Parties are not allowed, quiet time is 10pm until 8am
3. Kindly remove your shoes while inside
4. Please do not smoke inside the house (balcony is allowed)
5. Please return all furniture to its original position before check-out
6. Check-out at 11am please lock the front door from outside then slide the key back in under the door.
• We only provide amenities when you check-in once, if your stay is 1 week or longer we will provide more.

Smoking is allowed outdoors only.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
