Welcome to your private room in an ideal home near all of the tourist attractions. You will discover the true Hanoian spirit here and be immersed in local life and culture. Your private room full of character will give you the perfect location for exploring.
Don't sleep on the traditional Vietnamese rock-hard compacted mattress, sleep on our western imported mattress and you will not have backache in the upcoming morning, now that is different.
We offer breakfast everyday in the morning, which features a simple dish as an energy kick-starter for the whole day. Also, you can easily grab some local breakfasts in small cafes and shops around my house like the usual steamed buns, pho and bun rice noodles, or cold-cut sandwiches and pastries at Highland Cafe, or the consistent everyday Japanese breakfast at the Otoko Damashii restaurant next door.
The house is 30km far from the NoiBai International Airport. You can easily take a taxi which costs about 17$ and 30 minutes to reach my place.
You will be able to access easily to our fiber Wireless Internet and TV in addition to breakfast. We also have printing, scanning and photocopying service available.
We try to respond you as soon as possible and we will receive you at your arrival.
Our neighbors are friendly and always smile with you.
Uber Taxi is available in Hanoi. Uber fare is about 12.000VND/km.
Small private cabs fare is from 9.000VND - 13.000VND/km.
There is a bus stop 200m from my house to the Old Quarter.
Bus no 14 to the Old City: you get off at Hoan Kiem Lake.
Bus no 14 back to my place: get on at 3 Hàng Muối Street, and get off at 90 Hoang Quoc Viet street.
When you are on the bus, please tell bus conductor your destination at the above bus stop.
To get to the International airport please take bus No. 7
Please inform us your arrival time in Hanoi so that we can welcome you.
We provide mosquitoes net in case you feel there is one or two mosquitoes in the room.

I also offer a Night Life tour, which starts from 7-8pm until late where I guide you among the best places, which includes the thriving colorful life at night, blooming bars restaurants and clubs scene, many only-locals-know places to go after the sun went down for foods, drinks and entertainment. We use taxi so there won't be a problem for drink and drive. Please, no drugs using but drinking is permitted 100% here. (Taxi already included, you pay for your own drinking and foods).

About the Area
At 106 Hoang Quoc Viet, the house is located less than 5km away from the Old Quarter of Hanoi, next door to Somerset Hoa Binh Hanoi Hotel thus enjoys high quality services that are available here. Guests can also be interested in the Vietnam Museum of Ethnology (a National-Grand Arts Museum) at 10 minutes walking and the Nghia Do Park ( City-level Park). The Somerset's area, known for being a usual site for business men and wealthy locals to reside with shops, dinning options, cafes and many lifestyle options. From my house within 3 minutes walk is the traditional Nghia Tan wet market, of which the busiest time is from 5am-6am every morning.
House is located in the middle of all business arenas of Hanoi, as to the North you have Ciputra International City, United Nations International School(UNIS) and the Foreign Diplomatic Ministry City for foreign diplomats and embassies residents. To the West you have Vincom Plaza Bac Tu Liem, and a bit lower is the My Dinh Stadium and Sports Complex. To the South is the Indochina Plaza completed with restaurants, cafes, cinemas which promised amazing shopping experiences, short after is Keangnam Landmark Tower, currently the tallest building in Vietnam since 2011 and Korean Town. To the East side is Westlake, Lotte Tower shopping and retails, and Hanoi Zoo, after that is the Old City.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
