We are young, open-minded people. We all would like to make friend, learn and practise more English, exchange cultures with friends from over the world. Therefore, We will welcome foreigners, especially who speak English to our family to experience every-day life of one Vietnamese family.
We have the 4th floor with 1 bedroom for 1-2 people with one bed, one wardrobe, hot water, wifi, fans; and 1 working room 1 bathroom is right outside the bedroom.
- TV cable, piano and kitchen with fridge, drinks (coffee, tea, water) are for free using in the second floor.
- The ground floor is for garage.
- The third floor is for our family's rooms.
- The 5th floor is for washing and drying clothes. You can use the washing machine freely.
- The working room is opposite to the guest room and for free using with TV, desk, chair, internet, fan.
Staying in my house with us, you can see how a Vietnamese family live, can see the typical day of us. In the dinner, we are happy to offer traditional Vietnamese foods for you for free to show you a part of our cultures. You also can use available foods in our kitchen for free. In return, I hope you can spend a part of your time ( 1 hour per day in the evening from Monday to Friday) to help me play and practice English with my 2-year-old daughter who is super lovely and cute.
We also can exchange our cultures, history, travelling experiences,... and will have a lot of fun as we are very humorous people. We can also give you some good advices on amazing places to visit in Hanoi or in Vietnam, special foods to try or any other things you want to know.

About the Area
Our house is quite near the center of Hanoi, such as Hoan Kiem lake, Ho Tay lake and the old town (only 6km far from the old town). You can reach Hoan Kiem lake, rail station with only 20 minutes by car, 30 minutes by bus or 20 minutes by bike. Our location is in walking distance (~900m) to several bus stations such as Giap Bat station or Nuoc Ngam Station to go around the city or even go to other provinces such as Ha Long Bay, Bac Ninh province, Bat Trang pottery Village, Sapa, Ha Giang... Traffic is very convenient. You can also use our bicycle to go to local markets, supermarkets, and other attractions (Yen So Park, local temple, Quoc Tu Giam temple, Vincom center shopping mall...) nearby.

Meals
Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
