My house has 2 bedrooms available , ..and the nice green rooftop. It is located at main street of the Old Quarter, but very quiet.
From here it is only few blocks to Hoan Kiem Lake, shopping area in the 36 ancient streets and just walking distance to Ho Chi Minh Complex, Temple of Literature, Hanoi Opera House, other attractions and restaurants offered in Hanoi.
Located at the famous street has many local shops, cafes, restaurants with favorite Vietnamese food (Pho, Bun Cha, Banh Mi...). There is a lot of shops nearby my place, you could buy anything whenever you need.
For your information, I am an accountant at foreigner company. There are two generations live in this house including my parents, my wife and my little child. We are friendly with everybody here.

- BEST LOCATION of HANOI with value of money. Near Hoan Kiem lake, the Old quarter, nearby many office building..
- Around our building has super market, traditional market (street market), convenient stores where you could buy foods, drinks and personal stuffs.
- Restaurants ( both Vietnam cuisine, Asian or Western style ), coffee shop, food shops, tailors, nail salon, hair salon, banking, boutique clothes, all are right in our street.

We stayed one night in Quang’s place, perfectly located in Hanoi. Quang was of great help whenever we had a question and left us with the keys of the house so that we could walk in and out whenever we wanted. We truly recommend him.

Quang è stato un ospite incredibilmente gentile e disponibile. Si è premurato di scriverci prima ancora che partissimo per esser sicuro che andasse tutto bene e, una volta arrivati ad Hanoi, ha fatto il possibile per rendere la nostra permanenza piacevole. Ci ha consigliato e aiutato per i trasporti.
La casa è in una posizione molto buona, i principali monumenti e il centro si raggiungono facilmente a piedi, ma non è in una zona troppo trafficata.Host reply

I feel like we did not need to see any other option to know that we had the best place in Hanoi. The most beautiful and generous family. Very comfortable and private room with private bathroom. Hot shower, comfy beds and freedom to use the kitchen and washing facilities - what more could you ask for. This family and their accomodation made our entire trip in Hanoi. They made us feel like family from start to finish. Their beautiful daughter who was 2 at the time is absolutely precious. Highly recommended.

Very friendly and flexible host! Clean and spacious room. Good location close to city center. Unfortunately we haven't been able to get to know each other, as Quang was rarely home. The bed was a little hard but that's really the only remark. Recommended!

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
