My family has 4 people, a common young family in Vietnam. We have 2 apartments side by side and we live in both places to supporting guests.
Our Coner Apartment is located on the 10th floor in The One Residence Building inside Gamuda Gardens Luxury Urban. The Gamuda Gardens is one of the 10 most livable urban areas in Hanoi with full facilities: swimming pool, gym, restaurant, cafe, shop, and FREE BUS to CENTER by Gamuda Gardens
My apartment has a living room, kitchen + dining room, and 03 bedrooms. All rooms have natural light. One private bedroom is used for our daughter; We have 02 bedrooms for rent which are suitable for families or groups of 4 with 2 people per room.
The apartment is full of furniture with a standard resort lifestyle. A comfortable lounge is very convenient for you to relax or meet people.
Our hobbies are traveling, drawing, reading, playing badminton and playing Piano. My family can communicate in English.
We started our own company about travel from 2012 so we could help guest a lot to have a nice trip!

About the Area
The Gamuda Gardens Urban stretches over an area of 75 hectares, including villas, small terraces, commercial shophouses, apartments as well as owning much green landscape, outdoor fun, and full facilities: swimming pool, gym, restaurant, cafe, shop... This Urban is one of the 10 most livable urban areas in Hanoi.
The our Coner Apartment is located on the 10th floor in The One Residence Building inside the Gamuda Gardens Urban.
The apartment has a convenient location, You can go to the city center:
- 20 minutes go to Hanoi center (6-7km) by Taxi/Grab/Motorbike (not rush hour traffic)
- Public Bus - The number 04 bus: Only $0.3 (7,000 VND)
- FREE BUS by Gamuda Gardens.
- Taxi/Grap/Xelo... (4 seats): About $3-$4 (70,000 - 90,000 VND)
Near the bus station and easy catching the bus to visit the main tourist attractions in North of Vietnam: Halong Bay, Sapa, Ha Giang, Ninh Binh (Trang An, Van Long nature reserve, Tam Coc - Bich Dong, Cuc Phuong national park)...

Quy and his family are super nice and their great hospitality makes me feel I am home. Their apartment is in a very quite and nice area with a part nearby. The room I stays is very clean and organized. I will definitely come back to Quy's home if I visit Hanoi again in the future! ~ Joseph
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
