Is one of the semi-detached villas, built before the 1970s of the last century, for former government officials of the finance department. After the south was liberated, these villas were owned by the new government. reused for officials and military officers living near Tan Son Nhat airport. After a period of development, this area is now full of high-rise buildings, with only a few such villas remaining. We have tried to preserve and repair it spaciously and comfortably, but still retain the original structure to make it a resort for tourists from near and far when visiting Saigon. With a peaceful, cool space right in the middle of a bustling city, this is truly an interesting place to stay. We always welcome all of our visitors.

• Banks, supermarkets and other convenience stores are all around.
• Local market closed by.
• Nearby Malaysia Halal Restaurant, and other Restaurants, bars, pubs, etc (both local and international cuisine)

• 4.5 km distance from City most attraction sightseeing, it will take you 15 mins by taxi to Reunification Hall, Saigon Zoo and Botanic Garden, History Museum, Ben Thanh Market, The Opera House, Central Post Office, Dong Khoi Street, War Museum...
• The House is just in the center, so you can go anywhere from there.
• If you want to take a taxi, just go down stair. There are a lot of taxis or cab cars outside.

Clean bedding and bathroom, nice and quiet - I couldn’t have asked for a better start to my Vietnam adventure. Once they found out I was vegetarian I enjoyed a fabulous breakfast of baguette, eggs, water melon and a delicious passion fruit drink. Bus number 4 is frequent and an easy way to get to and from the city for 5,000 dong. Minh was friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.
How do I book?
Contact the host about your stay - tell them a little about yourself, why you are staying and ask any questions you have about their homestay. You will be able to book immediately after sending your message.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
