About the Area
Our house is located in center of district 1. Only 15 minutes walking to get all famous place in the center of District 1, ho Chi Minh city like Notre Dame Cathedral, Nguyen Hue flower street, Independence Palace, Book street, Ben Thanh maret, Saigon Central Post Office. Only few steps to main bus station easily to go everywhere in District 1, especially only $0,88/ticket directly to airport

House Rules
1. Please keep the environment clean and be quite at night
2. Please making your reservation 1 day before check in

8. Please come back the house before 2 am at night if you go out and let the owner know early if you want to come back more late.
9. Breakfast time from 7am to 9.30 am everyday. Please let the owner know if you want to have breakfast in another time early.
10. Do not permit gambling, contraband, prostitution, ect.
11. Please do not cook or smoke inside room
12. Please turn off all electric facilities whenever you leave your room.

Smoking is allowed indoors and outdoors.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
