Classic European designed, very large (4.6m x 7.5m exclusive of balcony) standard room for rent. Suitable for foreigner, Vietnamese overseas (Viet Kieu), corporate officer, Homestay guests (2-4 at the same time) to stay long or short term.
Located in an absolutely safe and quiet area in an 5-7 meter wide alley of Nguyen Van Troi St., (115 meters from the street) with new facilities and nice inner decoration.

- 3 meters opposite to a Catholic church, very quiet, clean and absolutely safe all day and at nite.
- 7 to 10 minutes by car/motorbike to city center and to airport.
- 100 meters from a mini supermarket.

- 140 meters to an International Polyclinic.
- 300 meters from a big Private General Hospital (An Sinh Hospital)
- 400 meters to District Genneral Hospital (Phu Nhuan Hospital)
- Several Coffee Shops/Bars, Restaurants (from small to big), Grocery Stores, etc., are around.
- 250 meters to park with fresh cool breeze from a big channel (Nhieu Loc)
- Car, van and truck stops 15 meters from the house.
The room is fully furnished with aircon, cable TV, internet connection, fridge, fire extinguisher, makeup desk, first aid bag, emergency lighting, motorbike parking, etc. Kitchen facilities, common living room and washing machine available with free of charge. In addition, a free light breakfeast at the ground floor is provided to guests as well.
Host with good English skill, being friendly, easy-going and available for any support if guests require.

About the Area
Our house is located on the north side of the city in a quiet and safe area right behind a Catholic Church. We are just 2.5 km from the city centre and only 10 to 15 minutes drive to the Airport. The bus stop is only 2 minutes walk from the house and there are a lot of bus options using this stop.

Since the area is very quiet with a Catholic Church in front of the house, Guest are kindly suggested to come back home not later than 1:00AM next day.

Mr. Sau welcomed us really warmly in his nice house. Phu Nhuan District is quite calm and a bit outside of the stressful city. The biggest Pagoda of Saigon and a beautiful authentic farmers market are directly around the corner. Mr. Sau helped us a lot: booking Taxis/Uber, giving local tipps, answering our questions around vietnamese culture. He is a really polite and well educated guy, who made our last days in this vibrant city pleasant. Thank you Mr. Sau :)

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
