We have 4 rooms for rent, near, right at gate of the airport. Especially for those who need :
1. A short rest waiting for a Flight transfer.
2. Stay near the Airport so not to be late for the early flight.
3. Don’t want to be late for the flight because of traffic jam on the way in rush hour.
4. Hang out late with friends so want somewhere near the airport for the early flight.
5. Want to take a short rest before meeting the clients the next morning.
6. Waiting for someone landing.
7. Arrive late and need a nap or just don’t want to get home late at night.

+ Located right at Gate of the airport (3 min. walk to the Domestic Terminal), but qiuet because it is far enough away from the planes.
+ You can enjoy fresh air at Gia Dinh Park just 1km away ( the biggest park in HCM city).
+ 5 minutes walk to local amenities
+ Near My Duc IFV hospital (1.5km).
+ Security cameras.
¥ Restaurants:
- Room rate is exclusive of breakfast. However guests who wish to have breakfast/lunch/dinner can order food chargable at USD 3 -6 per person, according to the menu. Food served at the property is Vietnamese family meals.

- Parkson Shopping mall and Food Courts 150m North of the house.
- Super Bowl Entertainment and Food Court 200m to the east of the house.
- Con Voi Vang restaurant, 105 Tran Quoc Hoan. (1km east of the house). 4-5$/per.
- Din Ky restaurant. 127 Hong Ha Str.(5 min. Grabbike- 2$ North of the house). About 4-5$/per
- HẢI LỆ beef noodle, a traditional flavor from HUẾ. 82 Yên Thế Str., ( 600m from home)
- THU TRANG fish noodle. 122 YÊN THẾ street, ( 700m from home)
- HaNoi Kebab Noodle 36 Hong Ha (200m North).
- 123zo.vn or Ngo restaurant Pham Van Dong Str. for Grilled meat and seafood (2.5km North).
- PHẠM VĂN ĐỒNG street is a paradise of beer street- North. You can get food of various flavors there ( seafood is cheap) . It takes10 min by Grab or taxi
¥ Places to see :
- Ben Thanh Market, Ho chi Minh Museum, Tomb of Le Van Duyet, Binh Quoi Tourist Village, Sai Gon Opera House ; Sai Gon Center Post Office, Notre-Dame Cathedral Church, Giac Lam Pagoda, Landmark Vinhome, Bui Vien Street , Walking street Nguyen Hue, all about 7-8km away, can go by bus(0.5$), grab(3-7$), taxi (8-10$).

+ Call us when you are out of the Airport. We will see you at the Fuel Station right at the Airport Gate. Or you can come directly to our address.
+ Our place is 400m away from the Arrival Terminal. Very easy to see on Google Map. You can choose to walk or take a Grab(2$) or Taxi (5$).
+ At the gate of the airport, you will see the only one Fuel Station (Truong Son Fuel Station - PV OiL). Next to the station and SGSCO you will find a path 4m-wide, then you walk in the path about 20m and see our address 55/16 Truong Son, P2, Tan Binh.
+ 24/7 self-access with smart home locks using passwords or fingerprints. Ideal for late arrivals or early morning departures.
+ Check-in 2PM. Earlier check-in possible if the room is available. You may drop your luggage before 2PM. Check-out by 12PM (noon).
