About the Area
Ky Phuong Homestay offers guests the chance to live with a local family in Hoi An, just 300 metres from Thanh Nam Fishing Village. Free bicycle rentals and a customer service station with English-speaking staff are available.
Each local house offers only 1 room for rent, and they all come with a minibar, tea/coffee making facilities and an iron. A hairdryer and slippers are included. Bathrooms are shared or private, depending on the room type booked.
Ky Phuong Homestay is a 10-minute walk from Hoi An Ancient Town. Hoi An Bus Station is a 20-minute walk away.
Guests can enjoy free Wi-Fi or wired internet in the living room. Ticketing services are available at the tour desk. Free town maps are provided for convenience.

Ky is 47 years old. He speaks Vietnamese and some English. Ky is at home everyday in the evening. He is interested in travel, talking with friends, watching TV, computer/internet, foreign cultures and the outdoors.
Phuong is 45 years old. She speaks Vietnamese. Phuong is at home in the afternoon everyday. She is interested in watching TV, gardening, talking with friends and cooking.
At Ky and Phuong 's guests can stay for at least 1 night and up to a maximum of 365 nights. Phuong and Phuong have 2 children living at home and they can speak some English as well. Ky smokes and the guests are allowed to smoke outside. No pets live in this household

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
