Windbell Homestay Villa is something new for guests who want to enjoy the feeling of home away from home. It is a new concept where the accommodation is in a local house where guests can lease villas in a large neighborhood area and gain experience from a family who has been around for four generations.
Windbell Homestay Villa is located in Cam Nam, Hoi An a village by the Thu Bon River. Location is convenient to access which takes you only 40 minutes away from Da Nang Airport and 10 minutes to Hoi An city.
All buildings were built in my father land, around swimming pool. Host family lives in main building which is also lobby, restaurant and has shared kitchen. Each of the villa offers spacious rooms and overlooks the pool or garden and has a private balcony. It also includes all the basic amenities that guests need as well as a living room and kitchen.
Guests who want to explore the nearby attractions can visit the famous Steaming Fish Village or Mussel Village or they can contact the hotel who provides tours for guests.

Windbell Homestay Villa is located in Cam Nam island, Hoi An. It's a village by the Thu Bon River. Location is convenient for guests to access as it is only 45 minutes away from Da Nang Airport and 10 minute walking to Hoi An city.

We loved this Homestay. From the moment we arrived we were made so welcome and our room on the 3rd floor was large, well equipped and spotless. We had 3 bottles of fresh water every day and clean towels. The breakfast was very good with a range of home cooked food with amazing home made yoghurt. Additionally the TV had Netflix for free where you had the full Netflix range of programmes, for free! The gardens and courtyard were immaculately maintained by the family and the wi-fi was first class. We had table and chairs on our balcony and the view across the river to the Old Town was delightful. It was a 10 minute walk across the Can Nam bridge to the market and all the shops and restaurants of the Old Town. We did find a great restaurant just before crossing the bridge, on the right hand side, called Vietnamese Chopstakes. Great food at very affordable prices.
Other guests mentioned the cock crowing but that is part of being on Can Nam and we weren’t bothered at all.
You won’t be disappointed, it is superb value for money.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
