Dinh Gia Home is located in the center of the beautiful village - Gia Sinh (Bai Dinh Pagoda), Gia Vien Commune, Ninh Binh City, about 95km from the center of Ha Noi. It will give you a perfect idea to explore Ninh Binh in a non-touristic and local way. You will love our place because of the location, the neighborhood and the ambiance. Staying with us and you would get the most real experience of local life!
The independent bungalows are between green, clean area with a fresh atmosphere, large lake, lotus and water lily pond. They have one bedroom with comfortable beds, a balcony with lake view, one bathroom. You can hear the beautiful songs from the nature birds all day. Let follow our local people to their market at early morning within walking distance, explore local culture and you totally can participate in their farm work on the rice field and gardening.
Breakfast is included and on weekend occasion we usually invite all the guests simple Vietnamese dinner. Come and join us!

About the Area
Ninh Binh ... a well-hidden gem... and you do not mean the city itself but the province which has so much to offer. Rent a scooter or a bicycle from Dinh Gia Home and see the Galaxy Caves (Dong Thien Ha, Dong Thien Thanh, Hang But Tien), Hang Mua, Tam Coc - Bic Dong, the Bai Dinh Pagoda in the evening when its lightened, Hoa Lu - the ancient capital of Viet Nam in the 10th century , Cuc Phuong national park and Trang An (last one is set for the latest King Kong movie). This is absolutely one of the most beautiful natural areas of Viet Nam.
The bus stop is only 2 minutes walking from our homestay.

House Rules
1. Please show your passport with valid entry/exit visa when check-in
2. The Guest will check all equipments in room with host before check-in. The Guest will be compensated for lost or damaged items in the room
3. Check-in time: 2:00pm, Check-out time: 12:00pm
- Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged with host
4. Any form of gambling, prostitution of drugs is strictly prohibited in all areas of our home
6. No weapons, poinsons or explosives are permitted on Home premises at any time
7. Do not change the room, move items in room or add more person in the room
8. Please make sure the door and window to your room are locked, turn off the light when leaving.Your room key must be returned to the Front Desk before leaving Dinh Gia Home. Lost and/or damage keys will be charge accordingly.
9. Keep the envinronment clean. Do not leave toilet paper and garbage in the room and in the yard
The Guests will be held personally responsible for breaking any rules of Dinh Gia Home or the laws of Vietnam

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
