we are a family of 3 generations living together, our small house surrounded by a big pomelo garden. Our children are active and willing to learn the new things from friends all over the world. This is the reason why we decided to share our space with the travellers and our brainchild - Pomelo Garden Homestay was officially "born".
Our homestay located at Thuy Bieu village where is famous with special pomelo, ancient houses and friendly people. If you are seeking a quiet stay for your holiday in Hue, if you wanna to experience the family life of the locals and no hesitating to share your life, so why not, Pomelo Garden Homestay is the idea option for you in Hue.
Pomelo Garden Homestay was built in dec 2019, with 3 separate bedrooms on the land area of 1000m2 that will become your home during your vacations in Hue as our slogan "let us be your home.
The city center, railway station, tourist spots is around 7km from our homestay, we invite you to stay at our home to explore our beautiful imperial city.

House Rules
– Help us save the energy. Turn off the air conditioners and lights, unplug electricity appliances when not in use.
– Wash dishes, cups after using, and keep the kitchen, living room, restroom tidy and clean.
– Please no durian in the room. Its smell lasts long and may affect other guests.
– Smoke or vape at the ground floor. If there are smoking smell during your stay, you’ll be asked to leave immediately.
– Don’t put trash containing liquid inside to the trash bins, pour the liquid out in the toilet before you do so.
– We don’t accept unregistered guests, please inform us before you invite anyone to your room. We have the right to refuse unregistered guests.
– If you accidentally break or damage something, please inform us.
– In case not sure about anything, please ask.
– We don’t allow extra guests staying overnight unless you notice me in advance and extra charge is applied.

Smoking is allowed outdoors only.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
