THE SPACE
A 40m2 studio apartment with one double bed and two sofa beds, very suitable for couple, family or group travelers.- The apartment can comfortably accommodate 7 adults. Up to 9 if using the sofa.
2 Beds: queen size bed (160x190cm). Can sleep 4.
2 Single beds (80x200cm). Can sleep 2.

+ We are thinking about the lock for the place to make it easier to access for our guest - So if you have any suggestion for us, pls talk to us!
+ There are many activities that you can do, just 10 steps to reach Convenient Store (Bsmart 24/24 - Mini stop )and the musium of art. Walk to the riverside in 15 mins and you have play ground for kids to play. General Hospital is 10 mins away. Massage (full body, foot...) in 7 mins walking. Sky Bar is just 5 mins taxi away. The Ben Thanh market is 5 mins walking and you can use this for your advantage to experience local food and super market is 6 mins by scooter.

We are located right in the heart of Saigon (District 1) and are within walking distance from several attractions such as: Ben Thanh Market, Bui Vien and Nguyen Hue walking street, Bitexco Financial Tower. Tan Son Nhat International Airport is only about 30 minutes away.

Please treat all equipment and furniture inside the room like they’re your own. Guest shall pay the full price for anything damaged or lost.

Bathroom door is accessed via PIN code so please keep the bathroom door closed at all times when not using, otherwise anyone in the house will have access to it.
Interaction with guests
Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions during your stay. We can show you around Saigon. We can all hang out and get coffee in the morning or try out new food, if you are interested, of course. We love making new friends from all around the world and share our travel experiences. There are four of us so there should be somebody available to accommodate at all times.

Lovely spacious room. Ideal for a family.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
