Bình Minh homestay located at Hanh Cung village not so far from Tam Coc only 10 minutes walk, you can reach to Tam Coc and 15 minutes to Trang An grotto by scooter, we are the local family surrounding with some local families with natural views, you can live and do some experiences together with local family food and some tour discover the local life, apart from some pots in Ninh Binh as Trang An or Hoa Lu " The first capital Of Viet Nam " the homestay with 3 bedrooms some of them are with the view of mountain and natural landscapes, all the guest will learn some dishes from the owner house.
Do experiences with us and you will feel all the custom or culture of three area " North, Middle, South " and so many things from the owner and lastly, not to say goodbye but wish you will give us your heart

House Rules
Our regulation is very easy to the guest not make noise at night or drunk and if they want to smoke they can stand outside the door that is all .

***If the booking is canceled at least 7 days before the arrival time and date, the host will refund any money they've received from you immediately.
If you cancel with less than 7 days to go before your arrival date, you won't be entitled to a refund of any money you've already paid directly to the host.****

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
