I live in the beautiful suburb of Greensborough, which is surrounded by Parks, a very large Football , Cricket , Baseball field as well as Tennis Courts .
There are plenty of Shopping Centres , Restaurants and Cafe's within minutes from my house.
There's also an Aquatic and Fitness Centre, again just minutes from the house with a smaller one within one minute walking distance.
The Australian Bush is just five minutes away by car and abounds with Aussie wildlife, such as Kangaroos, Wombats, Echidnas and Platypus and a huge variety of Birdlife.
We are just 25 minutes away from the Melbourne CBD. It's accessible by Train, Tram and Bus.
I own a five bedroom house , which includes a study, family room, kitchen, laundry, TV room with a 55" LCD TV and DVD, bathroom and Toilet down stairs with 2 bathrooms and one toilet upstairs.
We also have an inclosed patio which as been converted into a gym with the later equipment and machinery.
The gym also has a large LCD TV, DVD and WiFi Stereo system, for a great and relaxing workout .

I am offering two rooms for guests;
*A large bedroom with large mirrored wardrobes, a Queen sized bed and Air-conditioning .Both rooms are carpeted .*The adjoining room is a very large lounge room with a 47" LCD TV and DVD, two large couches and a refrigerator .
I enjoy cooking for family and guests and loving going for walks with Magnus and Milly my English Springer Spaniels and Willy my Shitzu.
