我们的房子位于库吉海滩（Coogee beach），新南威尔士大学（UNSW），景点（设有Ritz Cinema）和Randwick Hospital（5分钟）的步行范围内。有一辆巴士直接到达市中心（约20分钟），环形码头（歌剧院），邦迪和马鲁布拉。我们也是一个约。距国际机场20分钟车程。我们也很乐意提供当地信息。在澳大利亚，租金是按一周而不是一个月来计算的（网站收取一个月的费用）是不准确的。

Josephines place is at a perfect location, very easy to get around with public transportation and walking distance to awesome bars and restaurants and beach. The place is great, very clean and has everything you need. Josephine and the hole family were also very helpful since the first contact, available at all times whenever I had any questions. Totally recommend it! I felt like home.

Josephine is the most welcoming and wonderful host who is a complete joy to be with, kind and knowledgeable, intuitive and great fun too. She has made my stay in Sydney one that I will always remember. Thank you Josephine, Christophe and Lucas.

We felt that he is the part of our family,too. He gave me the advice how to deal with our youngest son, 16 years old and he is really caring. Recently I noticed he tried studying hard.

It was wonderful place and nice room. We can go to coogee beach by walk and it was awesome. Josephine was very kind and she always cared about me. She told me about Sydney and also helped me with my stay in Sydney.

Josephine is a great host and more ! She picked me up at the airport and made everything super easy for me to settle in the city. Couldn't hope for a better place to stay.

Josephine and her place was amazing from the first message I sent enquiring. She is always helpful, very kind and I have really enjoyed staying here. The Internet is slow some times but fast enough for webpage access and general browsing. Overall felt very safe and easily accessible place to public transport busses. You do really feel part of the extended family as if you are just visiting some relatives interstate. Would stay here again if available.

Josephine is one of those rare genuinely kind-hearted ladies with a PhD and braincells that are underutilized her daughter would say, and I agree. This family is just the best, be prepared though that going to the bathroom at night is rather a challenge but do not let that bother you too much as Josephine and family are well worth it, go with the flow....
