Is a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom good size unit with 2 balconies.
The place is quiet and peaceful but close to everything.
- Public transport a stone's throw away.
- Walking distance to the shopping centre
- 5-10min walk to Broadwater
- 7 min drive to the beach
- Bedroom and own bathroom with bath and own toilet
- Pool and bbq
- Balcony area
- Cafes etc near by
- Large kitchen facilities

Kate was super warm and welcoming, with energy that made my whole stay comfortable. She appreciated my privacy, but was always open to a good chat and became a good friend by the end of my stay. Great introductory experience into Australian life. If Kate is available, I highly recommend staying with her.
