Tuvimos la suerte de de elegir un lugar maravilloso...Fritz es un anfitrión espectacular...las instalaciones son de primera calidad. Está muy cerca de Barra y con buen transporte para Río combinando con el metro...la zona es inmejorable....si volvemos a Rio, sin dudar vamos a lo de Fritz...Muchas gracias

I stayed in Fritz appartment for almost 2 months., as I worked at the Olympic Games and having holiday after the games. Fritz and his family are very nice, warm, welcome active people. They were always there to help me during my stay for whatever I need, for infoes about the town, transport to security and nice places(restaurants) as recommendations, to giving me advices about how to stay secure, reachable 24/7. These many reasons helped me to booked my holiday in this house too where I really felt like home.
They were cleaning the place requlary, always having nice european breakfast with fresh fruits and coffe by the side.
The house is easy reachable by bus which is stopping 200m from the house(this bus is going to Le Blon, Ipanema, Coppacabana beach) or by uber or taxi. The neighborhood I can say is one of the best in Rio, quite and safe with a nice restaurants with pizza and brazilian food just around 10-15 min walking distance and big supermarket 10 min walking distance.
As a foreigner at the other part of the world, I always felt welcome and like at home tnx. to Fritz and his amazing warm family.
I highly recommend his place, for everyone who wants quite vacation time, surround with pure nature one step away from the house, clean and safe and host reachable 24/7 for all kind of help, advice, recommendation.

Couple de 50 ans, nous avons très apprécié ce séjour pendant les JO. Chambre et salle de bains spacieuses et confortables. L'appartement indépendant est très propre calme et sûr. Nous avons adoré le principe de cuisine libre ou l'on partageait le petit-déj avec les autres hôtes comme bon nous semble . Fritz et son épouse sont très disponibles et de très bons conseils.
Couple of 50 years, we very appreciated this stay during the olympics games. Spacious and comfortable bedroom and bathroom . The independent apartment is very own peace and safe. We adored the principle of free cooking(kitchen) or we shared the breakfast with the other hosts as we think best. Fritz and his wife are very available and of very good advice.

Fantastic hosts and a beautiful property. Our bungalow was loverly and the area was very safe and private on this big property. There's a couple of nice restuants and a supermarket just down the hill and metro and buses to almost anywhere in rio not far away. Nothing was too much trouble for the family and if I return to rio I would definitely stay there again.

Extremely convenient place to.stay with.good transport link's into the city. Accommodation clean and quiet in a safe area. I would recommend Friezes a good host.

Excellent stay at Fritz house, who was a very helpfull host. The house is located in a nice area, at 40 min walk from the beautifull beach of Tijuca. Access to down town should be easy after the Olympics with the new train station.
