Palmy does her level best to maintain the cleanliness of the house and to make sure all her guests are happy with their stay.
The room was immaculate and fully equipped with the basics. During my stay, Palmy ensured all my needs were taken care of. For eg: I asked for a bigger blanket and got one right away.
Additionally, Palmy goes above and beyond to help out the guests staying with her and does things like making extra food for everyone.
Pros: The house is clean and the house guests are all friendly creating a home-like environment.
Cons: There are some house rules you have to follow (but honestly, this all-male house wouldn’t be so clean and if it wasn’t for those rules).I am very happy with my experience and I would highly recommend Palmy’s house.

Naz was an awesome guest and was amazing in cooperation in my home. Naz followed all the house rules and kept the room always nice and tidy. It was a pleasure to host Naz and looking forward to host again.

Palmy is an amazing host for newcomers in Toronto. She is helpful and informative to help you adapt to your life here. House is very clean and cozy and rooms are comfortable. I am really happy to spend my time here and would definitely recommend it to everyone who is looking for space !! Thanx Palmy !!

I spent almost 4 months here and Palmy was a great host who always made me feel at home and was very helpful! Palmy and her family are really nice and welcoming, the house is always clean and neat and everyone living in the house is very respectful. The home has a great location, really close to transportation, UTSC, Centennial College, and 3 blocks away from several supermarkets, restaurants, and convenience stores. I had a great experience here and definitely recommend it!

I spent two months with Palmy and I can only be grateful and recommend the experience. Everything neat! Good ambience and you feel like home! Great stay! She received us like a part of the family and make us feel really comfortable!

Mrs. Palmy's house was without a doubt the best experience I could have when I arrived in Canada, I don't think I would have found a better experience. a very nice person, along with his whole family, besides being helpful and helping me many times, not to mention how clean everything is always. I would definitely like to return to this place

The host is very kind and welcoming, making you feel at home. She gives you all the privacy you need. Sometimes she cooks food and gives some to you. 10/10 would stay again

A homestay experience that made me feel like I was at home. I can honestly say I was overwhelmed with how welcoming and friendly Palmy and her family were. I have no doubt that this homestay will exceed your expectations. Here, you stay in the most comfortable room, meet the best people and get the most sincere help when you need it. I will always remember the happy and fun days I spent here for the rest of my life. Thank you so much for being so great!

Nice, clean and well equipped room. Palmy and her sons are very friendly and caring landlords. Therefore I felt very comfortable during my stay. The location is really good. You can reach two supermarkets, several ATMs, restaurants, Starbucks, Tim Hortons, bus stops etc. in 5 minutes on foot. I will definitely book a room with Palmy again.

She is the best host anybody can imagine. Her neatness is second to none, even as a doctor, I give it to her as very accommodating and is apartment very homely.
