Landy is a great host and will help answer any questions you have. Breakfast is basic, does the trick. Location is central without being too noisy.

Gran habitación en una excelente ubicación para explorar La Habana. Propietario muy amable y hospitalario. Lo recomiendo a cualquiera que se quede en La Habana.

Landy is very helpful, always answering our questions. The room was comfortable, the breakfast was great (omlette, toast, butter, jam, coffee and fresh fruits), which was great value compared to other Cuban food, especially the fruits and juices. The girls we met were kind and helpful, and most of all it was good, that there was a window and a terrace, which offered a great opportunity to lie down and wake up every day in a real Cuban atmosphere (music, bread man shouting in every morning around 7:00 am, rooster's crowing, stuff like that).
Landy offeres a laundry service which is really comfortable and useful if you'd like to travel with not to much stuff.
His casa particular is in the heart of Havana, most of the places are easy to reach by foot with a light walk (Capitolium, Plaza Vieja, Museum of Rum, etc.)
Highly recommend to stay in this casa! :-)房主回复

The Appartment is in a perfect location to the old town, rooms fully equipped and nicely decorated.
Very flexible in organizing the stay, Landy is available to respond to all questions, especially as it was our first trip to Cuba.
Nice breakfast on the roof of the house.
We will come back and recommend Landy to all travellers coming to Havana.房主回复

The stay was awesome!. Easy to find and very close to the old Havana and Centro Havana. Bfast was included and it was nice to meet new people when getting together. Landy was helpful with arranging for taxi and providing recommendations for restaurants and things to do. The balcony was a nice bonus to get a 270 deg view... All amenities were well kept and functional.

Logement propre et conforme aux photos.Pour ma 1 er Casa très déçu ar l'accueil,pas d'échange avec la personne,petit déjeuner servi à 9h le matin,trop tard .... nous avions demandé par mail comment faire à l'arrivée pour avoir un taxi .Landy a proposé de faire la réservation et nous a dit que pour 4 personnes un seul taxi s'était trop petit.Nous avons fait confiance et finalement avons payé 60 CUC pour 2 taxi qui était immense,1 seul était suffisant le prix des taxi aéroport à mma Havane 25CUC
Problème lors d'un orage ,il y a eu de l'eau dans une chambre et nous sommes allé lui dire,la réponse a été de nous indiquer l'endroit pour faire le nettoyage !!
Idem un jour plus d'eau pour se laver ,on a du attendre la fin d'après-midi pour la douche et le toilette

1- Si deseabas el desayuno más temprano solo debió pedirlo , y lo hacemos cuando lo prefiere :-)2- Normalmente las personas viajan con dos maletas 1grande y 1 pequeñas, ustedes son 4 personas equivalente a 4 grandes y 4 pequeñas por eso fue que le recomendé dos taxis , lo siento si no fue la mejor idea . Los taxis cuestan 25 si no son taxis americanos, clasicos ,climatizados, y que esperan por usted en la salida del aeropuerto durante hora .
3- El agua en el cuarto de baño tuvo problemas durante 2 horas solamente , y se resolvió apenas nos percatamos .Lo siento si fue mucha molestia , saludos Landy .
