Deseábamos conocer Cuba mi esposo koreano y yo, de manera que desde Panamá, partimos a la isla luego de haber encontrado una opción adecuada para nosotros en Yourhomestay.comDania, la propietaria, nos recibió amablemente en un pequeño apartamento de dos plantas y dos recámaras con toda las comodidades ubicado en el Callejón de Hamel. Igualmente se puso a la disposición para cualquier consulta, las que respondía de inmediato.El lugar fue perfecto ya que gozamos de la privacidad de ser los únicos huéspedes. Todo resultó limpio, acogedor, seguro y con todas las facilidades. Desde allí es muy fácil trasladarse a pie a restaurantes y lugares de interés, e incluso experimentar lo que es el transporte público, buses turísticos, taxis y a pocas cuadras el transporte de vagones que va por el malecón.Lo recomendamos ampliamente.

We also made it available for any inquiry, which responded immediately. The place was perfect as we enjoyed the privacy of being the only guests. Everything was clean, welcoming, safe and with all facilities. From there it is very easy to walk to restaurants and places of interest, and even experience what is public transportation, tourist buses, taxis and a few blocks away the transport of wagons that goes by the malecón.Lo recommend it extensively.

Dania and her Husband were very hospitable, and we were very fortunate in that we had the whole apartment to ourselves. The apartment was very clean and neat, and had everything we needed for our stay. It is on quite a famous street in the Centro area (because of the Santaria project - fascinating). We spent a lot of time in Old Havana, and quickly learned how to catch a taxi, Cuban-style! I can also recommend the Chinese restaurant on San Lazaro (main street behind the apartment), for a change in cuisine. Dania was also accommodating when we had to leave at 3am to catch a flight - thank you for your hospitality. The only reason I didn't give 5 is the location may be a bit further from the tourist attractions, but it's safe (we were walking around after dark and quite comfortable) and quite easy to get around. Honestly, if I could give 4.5 I would.
