Nice case nearby the center. Very nice host and his wife makes a very good breakfast.
The room was good, has an airco and in the hal there was a fridge. We had a very pleassant stay.房主回复

Javier and Katia are very nice and helpful hosts. We got a lot of information for to get around town and places to go. The room was very nice and clean with own bathroom. The Breakfast and the Lobster was very very delicious. We had a wonderful stay. Thanks a lot javier and Katia

Javier and Katia are very nice hosts. There casa was clean and is well located in the center of Santa Clara. We had dinner and breakfast-both was very good. Thanks for the nice stay.

Nice and clean room close to the center of Santa Clara (+/- 7 min walk). Javier was very welcoming and eager to help. There are 4 rooms next to each other, so it can be a bit noisy sometimes.
Nice breakfast!
Santa Clara is a rather small city so one day is more than enough.

Thank you for your comment although I think it could be a little better because of how generous it was to accept your cancellation of the second night where I stopped receiving reservations from other people for having the room reserved for you, regarding noise I am very demanding where after from 11.00 pm I do not allow any noise in the house but inside the rooms it is no longer within my reach and regarding the options in santa clara there are many more but you just have to ask for one to be able to explain them anyway every person has their criteria which I thank you for improving in the future greetings from Cuba Javier and Katia.

I had a very pleasant stay at the place of Javier & Katia! They are wonderful hosts. The room is very clean. Katia is also a great cook. I took breakfast and dinner which was very delicious.
The place is quite in the middle of St. Clara and all places can be reached within walking distance.
All in all, I enjoyed my stay in their home. So, I would highly recommend this home for people visiting St. Clara.

We spent 1 night with Javier and family. The room was really big and clean. Breakfast was ok. Javier speaks really good English and is very nice and funny. You can talk with him for a long time and learn more about cuba. We had a nice stay

We stayed here 2 nights in July 2018.
This casa is located right in the heart of Santa Clara. Walk 300-400 metres and you are on the main square of Santa Clara. It is possible to walk to the main attractions from the casa. We could see Che Guevara Mausoleum/memorial, Tren Blindado and the Viewpoint by walking in just 7 hours.
The room we had here was clean and nice. Javier is extremely nice and helpful. He acts like a caring father all the time. That is so nice:-)
We recommend this casa to everyone.
If you try his full breakfast you get a lot of nice food including fresh fruit, eggs as you want, loads of bread, tee and/or coffee and much more.
There are two issues though:
There is no refrigerator in the room which could be nice. But there is a refrigerator in the public area which you can use so you will certainly survive:-)
Homestay.com claims that a daily light breakfast is included. That is not the case. When asking, Javier replied that there is no breakfast included.房主回复
Thank you very much for your comment for us it was an immense pleasure to have them in our house and that you enjoyed your stay here in santa clara, regarding the problems the refrigerator was placed in the public area precisely because the clients complained about the noise at night and disconnected which could affect the equipment and in my details of the meals I have since I do not give breakfast included because of the costs nowadays of all the products, I do not know why it appears so anyway a thousand thanks for your observation I am going to Immediately revisit a hug from Cuba and see you next year Javier and Katia.
