I had a great time staying at Rebeca's! Although I was her "client" she immediately made me feel like a friend; explaining the ropes of Havana; taking me places etc... I was travelling alone, not speaking Spanish and she turned what could have been a very lonely trip into a time of fun, friendship, laughter and generally a very much mind opening experience.
Also, the pictures don't do the house justice, the place is lovely & extremely clean!
When I picked that room, I didn't know yet I was getting a great new friend! Obviously, not everyone might but for sure, you will get a great hostesse in Cuba if you stay with Rebecca.

Rebeca is an absolute gem. If you're looking for a well informed, service minded hostess, you won't find better than Rebeca. She met me at the airport, and waited with a taxi, even though my baggage took two hours to clear. She recommended things to see and places to eat, and introduced me to her family and friends. Rebeca was happy to let me tag along to the local market, and to accompany her to a concert. Rebeca is very well informed on Cuban affairs and customs, and made me feel very welcome in her home.

The room was really nice and clean. We asked for breakfast and it was worth it, it is really good, with fruit, eggs, natural juice, etc etc. Rebeca picked us up at the airport with the taxi which was really helpful, gave us advice on restaurants, tourism sites, gave us a map and also helped us plan the rest of the trip! The only minus is the noise on the room because of a generator outside, for us it was OK because we were waking up early but it could be an issue if you are planning on sleeping until later, eventually it will be changed.

Rebeca is an incredible host. She came and met us at the airport when we arrived which made everything a lot easier for us. She provided us with maps with some great spots marked that we never would have found without her. She even helped us book casa's in the other towns we visited and buy bus tickets. Rebeca really did help make our trip that much better. The location of the casa is perfect, just off 23rd street within walking distance of everything you could need. I can definitely recommend!

We had a perfect stay with Rebeca! She lives in great location, near by Revolution square and FAC - the coolest place for night out, thanks for this tip Rebeca. The room is nice with private bathroom, comfortable bed and air condition. Host is most helpful, warm and very welcoming. Rebeca prepared a map of Havana for us and helped us with everything. The breakfast is delicious, fresh and plentiful. We highly recommend a stay with Rebeca, and plan to return as soon as we possibly can.
