Mein Aufenthalt in Paris war wunderbar. Ich habe diese zwei Wochen sehr genossen und das Quartier bei Sylvaine hat wesentlich dazu beigetragen. Bereits der morgendliche Blick über die Dächer von Paris ist herrlich. Montmartre lässt sich leicht zu Fuß erkunden, und auch in die Cité kommt man schnell mit der Metro. Bereits im Vorfeld hat Sylvaine alle meine Fragen ausführlich beantwortet, mir gute Tipps gegeben. Auch auf aktuelle Veranstaltungen hat sie mich aufmerksam gemacht. Ich danke Sylvaine für ihr Vertrauen, mich in ihrer Wohnung aufzunehmen. Auch die Unterhaltung über so vielfältige Themen habe ich sehr geschätzt. Ich kann mir gut vorstellen, neuerlich anzufragen.

My review is very overdue however I cannot speak highly enough of my time staying in Montmartre with Sylvaine. She was a wonderful host: from accommodating my things to sharing meals and even meeting my mother when my family visited. I wanted to improve my French which she graciously obliged by conversing with me, only using English when needed. The home is wonderful and to this stay have photos I took of the sunrise through the windows as my phone background. It was always clean and well-kept with accessible food and space for my own in the kitchen (Sylvaine makes delicious yogurt). Meeting those who also came to stay or friends and family of Sylvaine who were visiting was also a highlight of my time, as everyone was so kind. I miss my room in the apartment often and can't recommend this homestay enough.

I had a fabulous week chez Sylvaine. Her apartment is beautiful and peaceful yet well situated near the charm of Montmartre and convenient to metro stops. Sylvaine is a gracious host and also a very interesting person whom I very much enjoyed getting to know. She generously shared lots of super useful info about cultural offerings as well as practical tips for navigating Paris. I'm very grateful to have had this splendid experience!

I Had a great time in Paris. The apartment was very well located and clean in a great neighbourhood, very close and easily accessible to the metro. Sylvaine is a very kind and pleasant host. She was available if and when I needed anything. I enjoyed our coffee together one morning. Thank you very much Sylvaine.

I had a fantastic time staying with Sylvaine in Monmartre. Her apartment is beautiful, and I felt very welcomed and at home there. Location is great there, near metro. She is a wonderful host, and I look forward to a return trip. Highly recommend…

Loved Sylvaine and her beautiful home. She is very easy going and accommodating. She even joined me for a Michelin Star reservation I would not have been able to keep without her (as they didn't allow reservations for solo).. I would love to stay again! <3
