I spent an amazing time here. Rooms are surrounded by traditional Balinese atomosphere and each family members are so kind and has a big gentle smile:) They also gave me a knowledge about local place and food. There are also two adorable cats. Room with a terrace was clean and ordered. There is a shared kitchen and pool. The house is located at local place but not so far from the center.

I Ketut was so kind and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. He picked me up from the airport (waited as my flight was delayed). Such a beautiful, serene place to stay. I'd only organised 1 night, next time I'll stay longer! Couldn't recommend this homestay highly enough.

We had a wonderful stay in Samblung Mas. It lived up to and beyond all our expectations and we would have no hesitation in recommending it.
We were only staying one night as we were home next day but when we return to Bali we will definitely stay here for a longer period.
It was our first experience of Homestay so were apprehensive about it but we need not have worried. All our communications were excellent.
Anik and Ketuk are wonderful hosts and even though it is their family home we felt as though we had our own little villa. Our accommodation was amazing. A wonderful en suite bedroom with our own private terrace to sit in. Our breakfast was delightful and delicious and beautifully presented and a lovely surprise as it was totally unexpected. There is a shared kitchen which was fantastic as we could make snacks and have our ice cold drinks all day. There were other guests staying as well so it made for interesting conversations round the pool, however as we all had our own little terrace there was no need for engaging with others if we didn’t want to. We were not due to fly out until midnight and Ketuk kindly stored all our luggage and arranged a taxi to bring us to Kuta which is only a 20 minute walk but traffic is so chaotic in Bali it is an hour drive! We were delighted to see it but so happy to return to the serenity of Samblung Mas house. Ketuk allowed us to spend the afternoon lying by the wonderful pool before driving us to the airport that evening. I would highly recommend Ketut as a driver and he is very reasonably priced.
The house is in a very convenient location, surrounded by shops a few supermarkets, loads of local Warungs and a little street market. Yet in Samblung Mas house all you hear is birdsong. This is an ideal spot for people arriving and departing on very early or late flights as it is so close to the airport but would also be a great base to explore this part of the Island, Not too many Museums to overwhelm and yet loads of sights and activities to sustain us and it can all be managed quite comfortably but allow lots of extra time as the traffic everywhere is horrendous.
Samblung Mas House is a very special place indeed. Ten star quality at 5 star prices. Well done everyone.房主回复
