My name is Made I was born in Tabanan and I live in Bali my whole life. I lives with my wife (Ayu) and my 3 daughters (Oka 25, Niki 19, and Niti 13) . Ayu is a great cook. She prepare delicious and healthy breakfast each morning and she will also prepare lunch and dinner upon request. and We love meeting people from around the world and learn about their culture. And we love to share our culture too.
Made, will even be your personal tour guide and show you things you might have missed if you weren't from the island.
We have had guests from France, Nepal, Australia, Canada, Japan, Sweden and so many more with whom we are happy to share stories . We loves gives the opportunity to experience Balinese culture up close.
Our house is traditional Balinese style. Our 2 rooms of the homestay are simple and pleasant, and have a beautiful Balinese style thatched roof/ceiling. We live on a quiet road in the village. but we are close 15 minute to the beach. We have some activities while our guest stay in our home-stay like walking in rice field, go around the village see the village temple, learn Balinese Bamboo music. If you need a special tour to explore the island we are happy to arrange a full day tour to visit some of the interesting and beautiful place in Bali.

Hi me and my partner stayed here for 2 nights and had such a wonderful experience with Made Rai and his family! Ayu made us the best meals , vegetarian was made for my partner as well! Oka planned us such an amazing itinerary to as well as organizing a driver . Everyone in this family is so welcoming and nice to talk to. The rice fields near by are breathtaking , the dog is super friendly and will join you if you decide to venture out. Cant recommend this place enough!

A wonderful visit from start to finish. We did not want to leave. This homestay is a pure slice of Bali. We will have the memories with us always and are determined to return. The accommodations were exactly as described, the meals outstanding and the hosts warm and welcoming.

Incredibly nice family who immediately make you feel welcome. Relaxed area around 20 minutes by motor bike (absolute recommendation!) from the Canggu beach area. The evening dinners were worth coming back early for.

Staying with Made Rai and his family was great. They are very nice people, extremely helpful, and will make you feel at home immediately. As far as communication, Oka especially was helpful before, during, and after my stay for any questions I had. Would love to stay with them again in the future.

Super homestay !! Accueil au top de niki et sa famille. Homestay confortable et dans laquelle on se sent bien. Tout est fait pour passer un superbe séjour. La nourriture est bonne, et la.famille très accueillante et dynamique. Nous avons pris un tour d'une journée organisé avec un chauffeur privé/nommé putu : genial!
Niki nous a organisé les transport pour aller à la plage (nous ne voulions pas de scooter) et pour rejoindre ubud.
Très belle immertion balinese.It was an amazing stay. All family is kind. Spécial mention for Niki.
Meals are so good and room confortable.
The house has organise a tour with a private driver: so nice.

We (3 persons) stayed one week with this wonderful family in Bali. The dinner and breakfast was soooo dilicious and always fresh cooked. Okan the oldest daughter gave us special advice for our trips and ordert us taxis and also a relaxing massage! One day we made a big trip to the Ricefields, Tempels and to the Butterflypark with Made. The family is so lovely and helpful we had the best time with them
