在我们住的公寓里：我（亚历山德拉），我的丈夫根纳罗和我们的狗叫小姐。
有两间卧室。一个给我们，一个保留给客人。有两间浴室：一间为我们而一间为客人保留。客厅设有桌子，椅子和扶手椅，可以进行交谈。一个大厨房。有一个阳台，上面放着花和椅子，夏天可以放松身心。
在我们的公寓中，客人可以入住至少2晚至最多21晚。没有孩子。这是一间禁烟房屋，因此客人只能在阳台上在外面吸烟。一条狗与我们同住：一位名叫Miss的雌性，她喜欢被宠爱并且非常安静。

It is important that you love dogs because we share our house with one of them.
Important instructions:
- Method of payment: on the day of booking, you must pay 50% of the total amount, by crediting our bank account. Three days before the day of your arrival, you will pay the remaining amount. If you need to cancel your booking more than 7 days before your arrival date, we will refund the amount paid up to that moment. In the case of cancellation after the seventh day, I will retain 50% of the total amount.
- Registration of guests: upon arrival, you will have to present your identity document (ID card or passport) in order to communicate your data to the Public Security Authority.
- Tourist tax: the city of Rome asks all non-residents to pay a tourist tax of 3,5€ per night per person. On the day of your arrival you will hand over this amount to me and I will pay it to the city of Rome.

Alessandra was indeed a great host - got a lot of useful information about how to get around between the tourist spots, recommendations of good restaurant and shopping in Rome, etc.

Es war die schönste Art und Weise, Rom zu erleben! Meine Gastfamilie war unglaublich hilfsbereit, mein Zimmer groß und geräumig, ich war in wenigen Minuten mit der Tram im Zentrum - Station vor der Haustüre. Toll. Wenn ich wieder nach Rom komme dann nur bei Alessandra und Gennaro. Weiters war mir außerdem meine Privatsphäre wichtig, was ich hier einfach hatte, wenn ich es wollte.
