My personal review , is base on what I experienced during my stay in shinjuku . We arrived this home stay on the 4th of October and been staying here for a month. We are very happy with the owner-Reiko san , who is also our Japanese language teacher . A very friendly Japanese lady . She provides us with clean and comfortable rooms . This location is very convenient. The building we are living is an apartment . Walking distance to all major convenient shops , restaurants , bus stops , hotel, supermarkets , post office , churches, shoping area and many more . Most importantly, the train station is just located 50 meters away . At any time , catching a train to go anywhere u intend to go is never a problem .In future , I will not hesitate to come to this home stay again . I will also recommend this unique and strategic location to all my friends . It’s is indeed a good choice to all . I highly suggest this homestay to everybody , it’s worth every dollar and cent u spent .

My stay at Ms. Reiko's place was wonderful. Ms Reiko is a lovely, kind and generous host and the discussions with her were very interesting and fun. The room was spacious and comfortable and I enjoyed being also able to use the kitchen, washing machine and other utilities. At the end of the day I felt like I was coming home and could enjoy the company of other apartment co-habitors. The only downside for me was that, it being a slightly older apartment, one could hear loud street noises during the night, which is a problem if you are a light sleeper like me. This was easily solved with earplugs so that I could enjoy the rest of my stay. Thank you very much again for a lovely time!

My 1 year stay with Reiko san has been one of the most delightful experiences in Japan. She is very, very kind and an inspiring personality. She has a beautiful, well maintained home where i have had a very enjoyable stay and have wonderful memories of.
We have had delightful conversations over shared meals and watching our weekly Sunday drama.
She has extended a lot support when i have been ill and i have looked to her for advices on many occasions. My parents have been at ease knowing that i was in a protective environment.
Thank you, Reiko San, for giving me a home away from home and making my stay in Japan so much easier. I truly miss you and look forward to seeing you again in the future.

Staying at Reiko-san's apartment was wonderful! It is right next to a train station and convenience stores in a quiet neighborhood. She is very friendly and kind, I wish I could have stayed there longer and if I am ever in Japan again for an extended amount of time I would not hesitate to book again. Reiko-san helped me practice Japanese and gave me advice about tourist sites in Tokyo, she was very hospitable, if you're looking for a place to stay in Tokyo this is a really good option!

I don't have words to describe this experience in Reiko’s house. I spend the best experience in my life in Japan and I won't forget how Reiko take care of me. She was too sweet and comprehensive with me, she help me in everything. The house is really amazing, I felt it was comfortable and tidy. Everything was cleaned and beautiful. Live in Reiko´s house is marvellous and funny. She wasn’t only the owner of the house, she was my friend. I will back to Tokio and of course I want to live with my friend Reiko.
