大家好，我是悠米。我和我的搭档 Taka 住在东京世田谷区。从车站步行约 3-4 分钟。乘火车到新宿 13 分钟，到涩谷和吉祥寺 20 分钟。您只能为客人使用共用厨房。有两间双床房和一间双人床房。我和塔卡住在楼下。我照顾客人。我不会整天待在楼上，但你可以随时联系我。您可以使用共用的起居用餐厨房、带淋浴的浴缸和卫生间供客人使用。我楼下有一些宠物，比如鸡、爱情鸟和 3 条鱼。他们不上楼。 Taka 有点害羞，但我们希望随时为您提供帮助。希望您在东京过得愉快。

One of the best homestay i been in , no deadline to come back the night , service is excellent , at 5 min by foot from the station ( 15 min from shinjuku ) .
I will come back there next time I'm traveling around Tokyo .四月 2023
For me it was more than just a place to sleep, it felt like a second home. Yumi is a very helpful and kind host. The modern house was always clean and in a perfect condition. The large living room with a comfortable sofa is perfect for a rest after a busy day in Toyko. Everything for a good breakfast was always available in the kitchen. It takes just a few minutes to walk to the train station, with very frequent connections to get to Shinjuku in less then 15min.

The stay at Yumi with 2 of my friends was fabulous! Yumi is a wonderful and kind person with whom we had a good time. she was able to help us by advising us on where to go and giving us advice for our stay. Regarding the accommodation, everything was pleasant and well maintained, Yumi takes great care of the guests and at the same time we felt very free! Be sure to have a good time there and be respectful guests if you go see her! the accommodation is well located 5 minutes walk from the station and we had no trouble using the stations to reach Shinjuku in 20/30 minutes and then visit different places in Tokyo.

I had a great stay at Yumi’s. The room was great and the house was quiet. The kitchen had the essentials stocked. The location was good too easy get to touristy places in Tokyo. Would definitely recommend.

My stay at Yumi`s house was simply wonderful. She and her husband are very nice people who welcomed me right away. The house was perfectly run and I had no issue whatsoever. She made sure that basic stuff was always in the fridge or on the cupboards. The bed in the single room was comfortable and the room clean. The bathtub is simply amazing and it welcomed even a big guy like me. The house is located in a quiet and safe area close to main nightlife spots like Shimokitazawa, and also quite close to Shinjuku, Shibuya and Akihabara.
