Joe and his family are great hosts, very kind and friendly, their three sons are adorable and we had great stay there. His wife gave us great suggestions what to visit. Location is well connented with a center od St Julian. Room and the bathroom are very neat and tidy. Best regards for family :)

We definitely enjoyed our stay at Joe's! Miliana, Joe and the three boys are really kind and helpful. They did everything they could to make our stay as pleasant as possible. We got information about the best places in Malta and on our last day they drove us to our bus station. The house is really nice and clean. We had our own bathroom, comfortable beds, they cleaned our room every day and the breakfast was sufficient. Moreover, it's really easy to catch buses for driving to different beaches or cities. We can really recommend to stay at this place with this lovable family. Thank you for everything! Nina and Ina

Had a great stay. Joe and his wife are very kind and helpful in any way. They made our stay as pleasant as possible. Breakfast was also sufficient. The house was very clean and everything was perfect. But anyone who cannot stand hot nights should consider their stay as there is no AC in the room and it can get quite warm

We had a nice stay there.. very kind and helpful family.. house was clean an quiet. We could use what we needed and even got chairs and a small table to sit outside in the evening. Using the patio wasn't desired. There's just a fan in the room, no climate, but the house was fairly cool.

This place is nice and cozy. It is in a peaceful residential area. If you prefer quiet neighborhood to busy downtown, it is a perfect place. And they were so kind to us. They gave us enough information about Malta. Totally, I was happy with the stay. But it is a little far from the beach and downtown.

Joe, Miliana and three boys are very nice family.
House is nice, clean and cosy,located in very quiet area. The town is easy reachable by bus,car or even by walk.
We had lovely stay and we can only recommend.

beautiful house and owners. great breakfast, cleanliness in the house. comfortable bed and private bathroom. there is no air conditioning, but there is a fan that sometimes did not help much in the heat. the bus is five minutes from the house, but the only route. on another route about ten minutes. if you have your own car this is an ideal place to stop. quiet and cozy.
