Familia con experiencia en intercambios culturales y con experiencia en abrir nuestro hogar a personas de otras culturas. Somos dos personas en la casa. Nuestra casa está entre los barrios más céntricos y artísticos de Madrid (Huertas, Sol, Lavapiés, Antón Martín, Plaza Mayor, Tirso de Molina, Rastro, Reina Sofía). En pleno centro de Madrid, a cinco minutos del Mercado Antón Martín, donde puedes encontrar el alma de un barrio tradicional con una ciudad cosmopolita. Metro y autobuses en la puerta. Nuestra casa es un piso interior, con mucha luz. Lo que le convierte en un remanso de paz en plena ciudad. Tenemos ascensor y calefacción central. En verano, la casa no es muy calurosa.
Somos no fumadores, amantes de la música de todo tipo, del cine y del arte en general.

Super friendly and kind-hearted person. Really felt welcome at their apartment and felt like coming home in a big city.

Pilar is not only a great host but a wonderful person. She is indeed very accessible and personable. She treated me like a guest in the conventional (rather than commercial) sense. Her place is very well and strategically located as well as interconnected with the rest of Madrid. If I go again to Madrid, I’ll definitely stay at hers.

I enjoyed staying with Pilar. The flat is close to the centre of Madrid with easy walking to the big museums and to the old Austrias quarter. Pilar was very welcoming and gave advice about what to visit in Madrid and how to get there.

Pilar was a great host. She and Matteo were very generous with their advice and their time with me. I felt like a member of their family. I also really enjoyed my tomato bread and coffee each morning. Thanks Pilar!

Pilar fue un excelente anfitrión, nos estuvimos comunicando desde antes de llegar a su hogar, me recomendó diferentes actividades para hacer, visitar y comer, su familia fue muy agradable, me encanto hospedarme con ellos. Pilar te mando un fuerte saludo desde México... =)

Pilar y su familia son unos magníficos anfitriones. Su trato fue estupendo. Además, conoce muy bien la ciudad y te hace muy buenas recomendaciones. La habitación está limpia y el piso está muy bien situado. Recomendable 100%. Gracias, Pilar.
