Spare single loft room available in a 3 bedroom house. The house is situated in the East of London - Walthamstow E17- in a very quiet area. Only one person living in the house which is very clean, tidy and quiet. Local amenities nearby: lots of shops, lovely park and green spaces. Buses only few minutes walk and undergroud stations very easy to reach, only 15 minutes by bus or a short walk away; also overground a short walk away. The house has a back garden and a spacious and bright living room. I speak Italian and English and I am looking for a lovely, friendly and tidy person for short terms or long term stay. Payment for the whole stay must be made on the day of arrival
No outdoor shoes inside the house
Please leave the kitchen clean and tidy after use
Washing machine is for use only for staying over a week
Due to increase of energy prices the use of washing machine is allowed once every two weeks
Soap for washing machine is not provided by the host
Please ask before using washing machine
No loud noise during the night
Please respect the quiet in the house
Smoking is not allowed in the house, but there is a front and back garden where you can smoke
No pork or shellfish in the house/fridge
