Had a good week in Plymouth and Jacqui was a good host. Was left to do as I pleased. A clean and comfortable room and house as well as her friendly dog. Would highly recommend staying there if you are going to Plymouth and can get in.
Jacqui and dancer the dog are lovely to stay with, the room was also nice and quiet and house was in a good central area of Plymouth.
Hi my son Sam stayed at this lovely house with Jaqui and in his words it was homely and very welcoming he really felt comfortable and looked after a lovely home to stay in x Jaqui was lovely x

Jacqui was pleasant enough but there was no Wi-Fi unless I stood in the passage outside the lounge.
My food was raided in the fridge by another guest, and the same guest made a big noise at 4am which continued until 5am on the Saturday morning. And to cap it all the same guest barged into my room at 5am.
Jacqui was apologetic but I left early because she wasn't really that keen to do something about the errant guest
Jacqui is an amazing host. She has been friendly, kind, polite, available and comprehensive with me during all the time. She has been like a mother for me, she often said me "if there is anything that you need, please, let me know" and she helped me so many times and she gave me a lot of useful advices. The house has all the comfort that you need. I felt at home all the time and I enjoyed every day of my of my permanence. I absolutely recommend this host.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 199 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
