Kitchen available for light use cupboard Space 1 to 2 days refrigerator space microwave oven, toaster and tea kettle. Plates cutlery available to use. Guest is responsible for washing their own dishes and cleaning up after themselves. For those interested in a longer stay. First book and confirm your reservation Additional time can be modified (added) during your stay.

Communication is the key. For the smoothest and most positive experience please take a few moments to read and answer. It should only take a few minutes.  *It may be easiest to copy and paste to a notepad and fill in your answers.* 
1- Are you here for work, seminar, vacation, or something else? What do you plan to do daily? 
2- Are you familiar with homestays or will this be your first trip?
 3-Is this stay for yourself solo or for two?  If for two please make sure you reserve for two persons.
 4-Are you booking for someone else, ie: not for yourself ?
☆ Note: Third party reservations are not allowed except for extenuating circumstances.
 5-If you're using a car, after unloading luggage at the curb you'll be shown where you can park your car.
 6-Where do you hail from?
 7-When time do you plan to arrive and check-in? Check in time is from 3:00 P.M.-7:00 P.M.

 8- Do you have a profile with a visible photo of yourself?
 9- Have you read and do you agree with the house rules?  (Found below)
 10- Once you’ve notified your expected time of arrival/check in you’ll be sent a text message with directions and a drop pin link to guide you.
 11-Are you a smoker? Kindly respond back asap. Do you have any questions? 
RULES:
Specifically non-smokers, No drugs. Agree to removing outdoor shoes in the house.
No storing or eating perishable food in the bedroom.
You’ll have kitchen shelf and kitchen eating areas. Due to space constraints the kitchen is only available for light meal preparation. Microwave, toaster and teapot, refrigerator may be used. The stove and oven may not be used.
