  Joan-san was very nice man, polite and knowledgeable guest for us. Nothing any problems during his staying at all. He Communicated us well in the morning and night. We had such a good time talked to him and good to know his culture and customs! So interesting!

  He used the room very clean. We definitely recommend Joan-san as a good guest to all hosts.
