Not friendly at all. My husband and I invited them out to make up for the double booking... it was an honest mistake we are a home stay not a hotel yet they always made an excuse. Asked about their cuisine and she made a big thing about it. The futon/bed she claimed was broken.... we had a young lady stay with us for 6 months in this room and there was never a complaint. Emily and her boyfriend left a broken window in the room and did not bother to let us know. Would not rent to her nor recommend her as a guest.
