  Ivana is a very professional person to deal with. She is very polite,respectful and very grateful. If she needs helps, she is not hesitant to ask and we are always ready to help her... i just hope that she enjoyed her stay with me and give her good memories of her stay in toronto as a whole... thank you ivana and to my homestay family
